Pale blue to indigo, violet and multicoloured . 109 x 172 mm. The Numerals Hundred have been shifted to top left and bottom right and serial numbers to bottom left and top right. The ornamental watermark frame is changed and 100 numerals in intaglio below the signature of the Governer. On the back the circular R.B.I. monogram appears at the centre bottom. 7 Regional languages on the left. Bilingual 100 Rupee text on the left and right bottom. The pair of elephants emerging out fro the forest and bamboo groove to a water lily pond. Erroneous Hindi Text . Released on 19th July 1951.
